Co-FounderColin is the Co-Founder of Humanscape, with over 10 years of experience in education, including roles as Assistant Headteacher and Head of Year across Europe and the Middle East. He is driven by a passion for developing the human skills that truly matter, focusing on preparing children for real-life careers and a future that is constantly evolving. Colin's approach centres on building confidence, adaptability, and purpose, ensuring every child is equipped with the skills that will still be relevant in 10 years' time.
SHATHA ESSA AL MULLA
CO-FOUNDERShatha Essa Al Mulla is the Co-Founder of Humanscape, driven by a belief that every child deserves to build the human skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world. As an Emirati entrepreneur and mother of four, she brings a deeply personal perspective to education—one rooted in curiosity, confidence, purpose and real-world capability. Through Humanscape, Shatha is creating meaningful simulations and experiences that help young people think independently, communicate with impact, collaborate confidently and turn ambition into action.
